At The Tile Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard stock items. Please note that all returned tiles must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific quantity of tiles you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct warehouse return address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your tiles on a pallet or in reinforced boxes to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund items damaged during return shipping.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
