Can I order samples before committing to a full purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can purchase individual tile swatches through our product pages to see the texture and color in your home's unique lighting before placing your final order.
How are tiles shipped and what is the typical delivery time?
Tiles are heavy and fragile, so we ship them via specialized freight carriers on pallets to ensure they arrive safely. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for over-ordered tiles?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tiles within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How much extra tile should I order for my project?
We recommend ordering 10-15% more than your actual square footage. This 'wastage' allowance covers cuts, breaks during installation, and ensures you have the same batch/dye lot for future repairs.
Are your tiles suitable for both floors and walls?
Most of our porcelain and ceramic tiles are suitable for both, but some glass or decorative mosaics are wall-only. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on each product page for the specific PEI rating and usage guidelines.
